*Basic account consists of:

Up to two (2) premise numbers: phone numbers to location where alarm system is installed
Up to four (4) contact numbers: phone numbers Michigan Monitoring Service will call in response to an alarm
One (1) of these standard alarm response sequences by Michigan Monitoring Service:
- Call the premise/dispatch appropriate authority/notify the contact OR
- Call the premise/notify the contact/dispatch appropriate authority OR
- Call the premise/notify the contact only

All Commercial Fire Alarm activations are an automatic authority dispatch per NFPA 72 (National Fire Protection Authority). This is
in compliance with federal regulations.

A/C power failures and low battery notifications will be made to answering machines if no contact is available after two attempts.
