Dealer Web allows you, the dealer, to access your subscribers’ account information via the internet twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Through Dealer Web you can:

• View and print event histories
• View and print subscriber account information
• View and print authority contact information
• Place accounts in and out of test mode

Michigan Monitoring Service is developing a training program to enable you and your office staff the ability to make changes to your subscribers’ account information directly.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to administer your own accounts and Dealer Web allows us to do that. Sign Up Today!

System Requirements for Dealer Web:

1. Internet connectivity through your chosen Internet Service Provider (ISP)

2. Adobe Acrobat Reader - FREE from: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

3. Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 with 128-bit encryption. Opening your browser, clicking on Help and sliding down to About Internet Explorer will provide this information

4. All security fixes, bug fixes and patches for the local operating system (Windows 98, XP, etc.) must be current as well as for Internet Explorer. With browser open click on Tools. Then Windows Update will allow you to check and update as necessary

5. Microsoft.Net Framework version 1.1. This may also be obtained from Windows Update. The .NET Framework can be installed on the following operating systems:

   • Microsoft Windows 98
   • Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition (Windows 98 SE)
   • Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Windows ME)
   • Microsoft Window NT 4.0 (Workstation or Server) with Service Pack 6.0a.ASP .NET Framework is not supported on Windows NT 4.0
   • Microsoft Windows 2000 (Professional, Server, Data Center Server or Advanced Server) with the latest service pack
   • Microsoft Windows XP
   • Windows Server 2003 Family (installed with the operating system)
